Snap-on Business Solutions (SBS), a division of Snap-on Inc., announced a global Data Access Agreement has been signed with Mobis, Korea. Snap-on Business Solutions is a global leader in publishing Electronic Parts Catalogs for Original Equipment Manufacturers and their dealerships around the world.

Korean based Mobis, a Hyundai Motor Group affiliate, is the main auto parts supplier for all models of Hyundai and Kia vehicles produced worldwide. The signing of the new Data Access Agreement gives SBS access to global data sets, enabling Snap-on to provide Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) solutions to Hyundai and Kia distributors across the world.

Prior to signing the agreement, Snap-on Business Solutions worked with Mobis to provide EPC products to Hyundai and Kia dealerships within the United States.

“Snap-on Business Solutions is pleased to commence this global partnership with Mobis to help their distribution channels sell parts and service vehicles more effectively. We look forward to offering Kia and Hyundai distributors around the world the leading parts information solution,” said Tim Chambers, president, Snap-on Business Solutions.
