State Farm Insurance Company has contributed $70,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation to provide student scholarships, school grants and to help fund the annual Ultimate Collision Education Makeover $50,000 school grant.

“State Farm’s support of collision repair education is consistent with our long-term commitment to education overall,” stated State Farm Claims Director Russ Hoffbauer. “Collision repair education is very important to State Farm and to our customers. As technology in the automotive industry changes rapidly, it is critical to have students entering the field and learning the latest repair methods to be able to provide remarkable service to our customers.”

Collision Repair Education Foundation Executive Director Clark Plucinski said, “On behalf of Collision Repair Education Foundation and the collision students and instructors we support, I would like to thank State Farm for their donation. As State Farm has donated nearly $1 million throughout the Education Foundation’s lifetime, it shows a true testament to the company’s support of the collision industry’s future. It is through industry supporters such as State Farm that the Education Foundation is able to assist so many of the future professionals of the collision industry.”
