  • Enabling Flow
    Oct. 31, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

This course will explore how to enable and level out work flow by implementing optimal flow within a department and then interconnecting the departments. This session will be facilitated by Trapp and John Sweigart, a multi-shop owner of True Collision Center’s (formerly The Body Shop@) who consults on implementing lean concepts in the collision repair and other industries.

“DuPont Performance Coatings is committed to helping the collision industry continue to expand its knowledge of best practices by providing industry- leading value added services. Creating these four new courses is an example of that commitment,” said Trapp, “The courses provide insights on how we can help repairers drive more work to their door and how we can assist repairers in pulling more work through their door.”
