PartsChannel said it has acquired Alliance Collision Parts LLC., a company based in Indianapolis, Ind., that distributes automobile collision replacement parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fred Koppold, Alliance Collision's general manager in Indianapolis, will continue to serve in the same capacity with PartsChannel. "Fred has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. We are pleased to welcome Fred and his team to the PartsChannel organization and we look forward to benefiting from their extensive knowledge and industry expertise," said Ray Chen, president of PartsChannel.
