TRICO names Orlando as aftermarket marketing manager

Trico Products, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wiper blades and systems, announces the appointment of Danielle Orlando as marketing manager-aftermarket. In this position, Orlando will assume responsibility for the areas of marketing and category management for the North American wiper aftermarket.

This role will also include customer support strategy with a focus on category analytics, customer program strategy and sales strategy support. Orlando will report to Kevin O’Dowd, global director of marketing.

Orlando was most recently CRM owner and prospect marketing manager for Audi of America, Inc. She was responsible for managing the strategic development and program management of all Audi CRM owner and prospect marketing programs.

Prior to Audi of America, she had national ad agency experience with McKinney & Silver in Auburn Hills, Mich., and McCann Erickson Detroit in Troy, Mich. At both agencies, she managed brand communications activities for the Audi account and Buick brands.
