MAHLE Clevite Canada announces purchase of Engine Parts 1

The acquisition of Canadian Engine Parts 1 Inc. will allow MAHLE Clevite Canada ULC to deliver value-added initiatives to its customer while strategically positioning the company to better service the Canadian engine parts market. The acquisition, which involves five warehouses, transfers ownership of Engine Parts 1 to MAHLE.

This transaction also supports the implementation of several value-added initiatives that will allow MAHLE Cleveite to focus directly on servicing the engine parts aftermarket in concert with its customer base.
