A new workshop sponsored by the University of the Aftermarket will provide aftermarket professionals with the skills and tools needed to increase employee productivity and to positively influence core business goals. The workshop, "Balancing Objectives and Measurements," will be held Aug. 21-22 in Troy, Mich., on the university's campus.
This multi-faced leadership course, led by Chuck Udell, senior partner at Essential Action Design Group, will teach participants powerful analysis techniques to meet any objectives and is designed specifically for aftermarket businesses that are challenged to meet their with fewer resources. Participants will learn target setting and analysis capabilities within the three clarities: clarity of direction, clarity of structure and clarity of measurement.
The workshop will provide take-away tools, forms and aids to assist in the development of tasks, budgets, measurements, opportunities and individual employee performance reviews.
