nOur service is second to none. We’re the best store in town, but we’re also the only store in town. It’s a small town, but I have employees who are in the five-, six-, seven-year range. They know a lot about our products.

Travis Wieden
Owner, Arnett Automotive
Arnett, Okla.

n I can’t narrow it down to one thing, but if I had to I’d say it’s our communication [between staff and customers] and our speedy delivery.

Mike Abbott
Counterman, Valley Motor Supply
Helena, Mont.

n In one word: Service. We will do whatever it takes. Our employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Mike Duncan
Assistant manager, CARQUEST Auto Parts

n Probably store customer service. We try to meet our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. We have a NAPA training program that everyone goes through here.

Rosie Haryshchuk
Counterperson, NAPA Auto Parts
Cushing, Okla.

n Service, our customer service. And our quickness. When they hit the door, I like to have them [customers] ready as soon as possible.

Andrew Stake
Manager, American Auto Supply
Lebanon, Mo.

n Probably with our quick delivery service and by concentrating on getting it [the order] out as soon as we can.

Rick Young
Manager, Kellogg Auto Supply
