The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota (AASP-MN) will host "Essentials of Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting Using Multimeters & Lab Scopes," from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., on Wed., Feb. 15, 2012, at Dunwoody College of Technology, Minneapolis.

The seminar, sponsored by IDENTIFIX, will provide attendees with a brief review of Ohm’s law and basic multimeter and lab scope functions. Discussion will then turn to benefits, drawbacks and tool setup. Examples of electrical case studies, including understanding wiring schematics, parasitic draw, serial data communications and multimeter/lab scope diagnostics will also be covered.
