“The objective of this year’s air conditioning clinic will be to fuel the compressor remanufacturing industry through the 21st Century,” stated Zenk.
He added, “Our focus is to have an international exchange of compressor remanufacturing information by providing a forum for any and all AC questions and ideas among AC professionals.” Questions may be submitted to Klaus Zenk at [email protected].
Two leading industry AC instructors will speak on the new causes of compressor pattern failures. This will include late models’ more sensitive compressor designs; flooded evaporator systems vs. non-flooded systems; and, defective aftermarket parts, dryers, accumulators, condensers and compressors.
A panel of instructors will address compressor AC fuse failures, check engine code sets, and aftermarket coil missing diodes. The instructors will also discuss clutch failures in salt air with single wire coils, and compressor failure when the system has a full charge of oil and refrigerant.Product displays and demonstrations will also be featured at the clinic.
