Amid a number of confusing and convoluted claims, the Valvoline Engine Guarantee stands in contrast, speaking directly to what vehicle owners care about most -- staying on the road, states the company.

Vehicles that use Valvoline continue to perform. We have the utmost confidence in our products, so we’re excited to now offer this best-in-class guarantee."
Participants can choose to opt-in to the Valvoline Engine Guarantee program at various levels: for instance, Valvoline Premium Conventional motor oil carries a guarantee up to 150,000 miles; MaxLife® or DuraBlend® motor oils have a guarantee up to 225,000 miles; and SynPower® Full Synthetic or MaxLife® Full Synthetic motor oils carry a guarantee up to 300,000 miles.
