Ross-Tech’s VAG-COM Diagnostic System topped the aftermarket scan tool department recently, when it scored the highest total points in the German Motor Vehicle Supervisory Association’s (DEKRA) latest comprehensive scan tool comparison test.

The test, which is every three years, recently were published in a German magazine called "KFZ-Betrieb."

Ross-Tech's VAG-COM Diagnostic System was awarded 316 out of a possible 320 points – the highest score of any tool in the test.

"Nine years ago, we set out to make the best scan tool available for VW/Audi and to sell it at a price that makes it a no-brainer for everyone who works on these cars, not just shops who specialize in them,” says Uwe Ross, founder of Ross-Tech LLC. “I think the fact that we won this test in VW's home market against all our big-name competition proves that we've succeeded."
