CARQUEST and MACS Worldwide have teamed up to find the best mobile A/C and heat transfer service technician in the United States and Canada.
The first round of competition, which included an online skill assessment, is complete and 10 finalists have been named.

The finals will be Nov. 15 at the Hendrick Motorsports facility in Charlotte, N.C. The 10 finalists will tackle a series of mobile A/C service tasks and diagnostic challenges. The top three qualifying competitors will be chosen at the Charlotte competition and sent to attend the MACS 2009 Convention and Trade Show, New Frontiers in Mobile A/C Service.
The champion will be announced at the MACS Convention on Feb. 5 during the CARQUEST Awards Luncheon.
