With its new PerformanceCenter “live” training sessions, Mitchell 1 is providing shop owners and service advisors professional training to help improve and grow their businesses.

“At Mitchell 1, we want to help our customers unlock the software secrets to making them more professional and profitable using our management software products,” says Brian Warfield, product manager. “PerformanceCenter will help them improve their software efficiency on their own schedule and at their own pace. This is just another example of Mitchell 1 being the leader in management software for the aftermarket.”

Mitchell 1 reports that PerformanceCenter features include:
• Monthly “live” management software training sessions
• Delivered using your Internet connection and telephone
• Q&A with Mitchell 1 expert software instructors

• Self-paced management software learning modules (30 minutes each):
• High-quality format
• Easy-to-follow program - (Just Click, Watch and Learn)
• Available 7-days a week / 24-hours a day
• PerformanceCenter Web site access

• Daily Video FAQs:
• Short learning modules for learning specific tasks

• Advanced Reporting:

In addition, by attending the “live” online training sessions and watching the learning modules, shop owners and service advisors are qualified to receive shop management certification. A certificate of completion and a patch will be sent after the completed certification questionnaire for each module is submitted, the company says.

To take a “test drive” and attend one of PerformanceCenter’s online orientation workshops presented by Mitchell 1 expert software instructors, register at www.mitchell1.com/performancecenter. This orientation will outline the steps for becoming a Mitchell 1 management software power-user.
