Peak Performance has been named the exclusive provider for Volkswagen Group of America’s new service retention program, Volkswagen TRAC – Target & Retain Aftersales Customers.  

TRAC was designed by Volkswagen to increase customer retention and brand loyalty through targeted customer segmentation for enriched one-to-one marketing.
           
“We are excited that Peak Performance will be helping us turn our vision into reality with this world-class service retention program,” says TJ Dolliver, parts and service marketing manager at Volkswagen Group of America.

Volkswagen Group of America will offer the program to all dealers and will be subsidized 100 percent as part of its new service retention and parts marketing strategy to increase service traffic and part sales. Peak Performance has existing relationships with more than 200 Volkswagen dealers. Moving forward, Peak Performance will execute and launch this program to all dealers in 2008.
