Final Call to Register for the AMRA/MAP Annual MeetingBETHESDA, MD - The final registration deadline is for the Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association Inc./Motorist Assurance Program (AMRA/MAP) Annual Meeting is Friday, Oct. 19. The meeting is scheduled during Industry Week; it will be held on Monday, October 29, at 8 a.m. at the Monte Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The meeting agenda will include a vote for new Officers and Board members and recognition of departing Board members. In addition, Sherry Mehl, Chief of the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, will be the featured government speaker, while Joe Oldham, former automotive writer and Editor-in-Chief for Popular Mechanics magazine, will present "Tales of the Muscle Car ."
