EVENTS2007 Aftermarket eForum
Offers Three Educational Sessions
BETHESDA, MD (June 15, 2007) - Three in-depth educational track
sessions on the hot industry issues of IT outsourcing, data management and
eMarketing will be offered during the first day of the 2007 Aftermarket
eForum, July 16 through 18 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Chicago. All
three sessions will run concurrently from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday,
July 16.
Is information systems (IS) outsourcing right for your company? That's
the major question that will be answered during the 2007 eForum track
session titled "IS Outsourcing for Manufacturers." The session
will be facilitated by David Caruso, principal, David Caruso &
Associates, and will feature Fred Dingraudo, CIO, Affinia Group and Bill
Haser, CIO, Tenneco.
"Pursuing Excellence in Data Management" will be led by Doug
Derrick, partner, supply chain management, Accenture. It will look at
better data management and synchronization. Panel members include Ed
Rammel, vice president, marketing, Dayco Products LLC, and Ed Heon,
president, DATAgility. This session will look at industry success stories,
as well as a data synchronization study conducted for the Food Marketing
Institute that showed greater-than-expected benefits.
The third track session, "eMarketing 2.0," will look in-depth
at localized eMarketing, social network sites and bookmarking sites. The
session is being facilitated by Dan Jondron of Advanced Digital Strategies
and Alan Dicker of SEMA. Panelists include Luanne Brown of eTool
Developers, Steve Frazier of Amazon.com and Gigi Ho of Digital
Performance.
