AASP Members Benefit From New Pact

Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP) President Pat Andersen, of Anoka Auto Care, Anoka, MN, announced that the association has signed an agreement with Waste Management Inc. to provide a discount on waste removal services for AASP-member automotive repair facilities.

Under the terms of the pact, AASP members participating in this new member benefit program will be eligible to receive discounts on non-hazardous waste removal services.

?AASP-Minnesota has had a similar program in place for a couple of years,? Andersen stated. ?Many of our members that participate in the state program have found that the money they save from this program alone more than covers the cost of their annual dues. I have no doubt the AASP national program will be every bit as valuable and successful as our state program.?

Waste Management will be able to provide AASP members a one-stop solution for their waste removal and recycling needs, said Waste Management's National Accounts Manager Tim Henry.
