Dear Roy,
I am working on a 1992 Ford F-150 pickup, VIN 1FTEX15Y3NKB27696, with a 4.9L engine and an E-4OD transmission. It floods on cold take off in open loop only.
Injector pulse increases to 35 M.S. TPS at 1.7V. MAP goes to 150 Hz. I have checked the CTS, TPS, ACT and MAP; unhooked the EGR; replaced the ECA with an updated one; and checked fuel pressure.
