MIL illumination with DTC P0139 may be caused by certain driving conditions. If
normal diagnostics determine there is nothing wrong with the rear oxygen sensor,
the PCM should be reprogrammed. The bulletin lists new calibrations by VIN
and production date and includes complete instructions for reprogramming using
