Sulkala will introduce the new I-CAR to collision repair owners and managers in the PSE service area. He will review the history of I-CAR, the new I-CAR Professional Development Program, test out options and answer questions related to the I-CAR training strategy.

The Professional Development Program, created with the assistance of all segments of the collision industry, provides a framework for planning and tracking training achievement based upon an individual's role in a collision repair or insurance business. Sulkala will also explain the transition timeline for participants in the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals™ and Platinum Individual™ training recognition programs.
