An ask-and-answer session will be included to accept online questions from the audience. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has listed the collision repair industry as an area source of Hazardous Air Pollutants “HAPs” that contribute to public health risks under the Integrated Urban Air Toxics Strategy. The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Health and Safety Administration also have standards for exposure to the same toxic pollutants generated under the new HAPs rule.
