The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has listed the
collision repair industry as an area source of Hazardous Air
Pollutants “HAPs” that contribute to public health risks under
the Integrated Urban Air Toxics Strategy. The U.S. Department of
Labor, Occupational Health and Safety Administration also have
standards for exposure to the same toxic pollutants generated
under the new HAPs rule.

to other compliance requirements, and allow participants to put
their questions to industry experts.
