PLYMOUTH, Mich. — Daimler AG reconfirmed its global approval of Spies Hecker products and services for the Mercedes-Benz brand. Key foundations of the relationship are Spies Hecker services, global supplies, expert advice and its solvent borne and waterborne paint systems.

The approval authorizes Mercedes-Benz body shops and independent refinishers to use the Spies Hecker product range for accident repairs. All approved vehicle refinishes and paint systems are included — from the primer through to the clear coat, ready-mix colors, reducers, hardeners and other system products.

“We at Spies Hecker see this newly signed agreement with Daimler AG as a solid foundation for the future,” says Steffen Apollo, U.S. brand manager for Spies Hecker.
