NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – VeriFacts Automotive has released finalists’ names for its annual Achievement in Collision Repair Excellence (ACE) Awards which recognizes outstanding quality of work through two ACE Awards, The March Taylor Technician ACE Award to recognize individual technicians and the Repair Center ACE Award to recognize collision repair centers committed to attaining higher repair quality as measured through the VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program.

To qualify for an ACE Award, collision repair centers must have participated in the VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program for at least six months. Mark Olson, COO and co-founder of VeriFacts Automotive, states, “VeriFacts works with some of the best shops in the country who employ some of the very best technicians in our industry. Each year one of our biggest challenges is working with our coaches to determine the list of ACE Award finalists from the nearly 5,000 techicians we see each month.“

According to Mark Claypool, vice president of operations, “All the finalists were nominated by our coaches in each region and then confirmed by our executive management team. We consider many different factors when deciding on a finalist including teamwork, attitude, shop coaching scores and quality levels.”

The winners will be revealed Tues., Nov. 4th at the 2008 Collision Industry Awards Luncheon, held in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE).
