West coast groups host inaugural Automotive Training Expo March 28-30
LAKEWOOD, Wash. — The Automotive Service Association of Washington, the North West Tire Dealers Association and the Washington Automotive Wholesalers Association are sponsoring the inaugural 2008 Automotive Training Expo (ATE) taking place March 28-30 at the Doubletree Hotel, SeaTac, Wash., when more than 40 management and technical seminars will be offered to attendees. The training programs scheduled for ATE includes 18 management courses for collision and mechanical shop owners, managers, and service advisers, many of them AMI-approved for credit through the Automotive Management Institute. ATE will also feature three of the industry's top trainers and consultants as keynote speakers — Kelly Bennett, Bill Haas and Steve Beck — who will be speaking at three separate keynote events. There will also be 90 exhibitors from across the country representing all facets of the automotive industry.
