BRANSON, Mo. — PARS Paintless Dent Repair recently completed its annual training program for contracted technicians, with 80 attendees who are certified annually on estimating, corrosion protection and customer service. This year’s program included the implementation of a Web-based invoicing system creating instant data that gives collision centers and insurance carriers the ability to receive up-to-date storm severity figures.
“It is important for the paintless dent repair industry to review its performance and understand the direction that it needs to grow,” says PARS Director of Operations Jeffrey Hudascek. “This seminar educates technicians on how to assist collision centers during a hail catastrophe so that it is a streamlined process.”
Insurance personnel are invited to the program to speak and listen to what is new in the industry of paintless dent repair. Topics such as prepping for conventional, improving cycle times, communicating with insurance staff and new methods of repair are reviewed.
The training program is held the beginning of February, a month historically with few hail events, maximizing attendance opportunities for technicians.
