Robert Oswald, chairman of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, has been named to the Dura Automotive Systems board of directors.
Prior to receiving his Bendix position in 2003, Oswald was chairman, president, CEO and a management board member at Robert Bosch.
Oswald also serves as director of Perceptron, a process management solutions company for the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
