Jan. 18, 2011 — The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) is offering a variety of scholarships to help students, instructors, and collision shop employees attend its May conference in San Diego.

Scholarships available to students, instructors and employees include conference registration and one year of WIN membership. Students are eligible for two nights of hotel expenses and $250 for travel expenses. Instructors and shop employees can receive $125 for travel expenses.

This is the second year WIN has offered scholarships for its annual event.

“By offering scholarships to instructors as well as students and shop employees, the WIN conference helps add to their professional career development in the collision repair industry,” said Teresa Bolton, chairwoman of the WIN Education Committee.

The WIN conference is scheduled May 1-3 and is meant to provide women in the collision repair industry with information to enhance their performance and grow their business acumen.

Applications are due March 5. Go to womensindustrynetwork.com for requirement details or more information.
