March 18, 2013—VeriFacts Automotive has surpassed the two million mark for coaching observations, the company recently announced.
A coaching observation is a physical inspection and onsite training at the individual technician level of the repair process, which is performed by one of VeriFacts’ collision repair experts.
VeriFacts also announced that it has inspected nearly 84,000 vehicles and coached roughly 9,500 collision repair technicians.
“We are proud of our team,” said Douglas Irish, president of VeriFacts. “Each and every person wearing a VeriFacts shirt or coveralls strives to expose the excellence in the collision repair centers they work with. This is not about playing ‘gotcha’ with the shop or technicians, it is about providing a valuable resource for shop owners and technicians to ensure they have the most up to date training and information available prior to, and during the repair process. Our goal is for shop owners to be able to sleep better at night and consumers to have peace of mind that the vehicles have been repaired according to the manufacturers' recommendations and they are safely drivable again.”
The VeriFacts Verified Quality program was designed to bring knowledge to shops, insurance carriers and consumers by instilling confidence that repairs have been completed safely, efficiently and transparently.
