Dec. 2, 2011—Registration and event sponsorship is now available for the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s (CREF) 11th annual golf fundraiser, which will be held July 19 at The Westin La Cantera Resort’s The Palmer Course in San Antonio.
The CREF said the golf fundraiser will take place in conjunction with the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and I-CAR industry meetings held that week at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Hotel.
Funds raised through the event will assist the CREF in providing support to collision repair schools and students nationwide. Early-bird player registration, which extends through March 1, is $200 per person. The registration fee after that date is $250 per person. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, complimentary beverages and snacks, breakfast, buffet lunch, attendee promotional items and participation in several contests on the course, according to the CREF.
In addition, the CREF said San Antonio-based Mac Haik’s Southway Ford donated a 2012 Ford F150 FX2 as a hole-in-one prize during the event.
The golf fundraiser is open to all industry professionals. Registration spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are expected to sell-out by early 2012, according to the CREF. For registration information, visit CollisionEducationFoundation.org.
