April 24, 2013

April 24, 2013—Brown’s Collision Center in Bentonville, Ark., was recently named the 2012 Eastern Division Shop of the Year by Farmer’s Insurance.

There were 663 collision centers throughout 23 U.S. states considered for the award. Deciding criteria included estimating skills, work volume, repair quality, customer service and involvement in the community.

Keith Brown, CEO of Brown’s Collision, accepted the award from Randy Webb, Farmer's district supervisor, and Kent Snider, Farmer's Arkansas COD direct field consultant, during an awards ceremony last week.

Brown’s Collision was founded in 1954 by Kenneth Brown. The shop is now co-owned by Keith and his wife, Elizabeth.
