Progressive to Add Nine Service Centers Nationwide

May 23, 2013

May 23, 2013—Progressive Insurance recently announced it will open nine new claim management service centers across the country this year.

Progressive’s claim service centers are designed to coordinate the entire collision repair process for its policyholders. Progressive said the facilities are also used for various community events such as car seat safety checks and vehicle donations through the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Recycled Rides program.

Progressive’s new locations will be located in the following U.S. cities:

– Silver Spring, Md.
– Malvern, Pa.
– South Plainfield, N.J.
– Pasadena, Calif.
– La Vista, Neb.
– Westwood, Mass.
– Dayton, Ohio
– Sacramento, Calif.
– Baton Rouge, La.

The company now operates 63 claim service centers nationwide.

"Nine out of 10 customers who've used a service center to manage their repairs would recommend Progressive to a friend or family member," said Tricia Griffith, claims group president for Progressive. "Opening these additional facilities enables more customers across the country to take advantage of our best customer repair process."
