Florida Shop Named Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year

Feb. 27, 2013

Feb. 27, 2013—Lexus of Pembroke Pines based in Florida has been named as the 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year.

The national award is based on a 12-month measurement of customer satisfaction, sales growth, manager, estimator and technician certification, facility and equipment requirements, and benchmark achievements. Sixteen Lexus certified collision repair centers nationwide competed for this year's award.

“At Lexus of Pembroke Pines we are dedicated to providing our customers with a luxury customer experience, which includes maintaining Lexus industry certification benchmark standards,” said Brian Martin, collision center director at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. “Being named the 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year is an honor and I am very proud of our team.”

As the winner of the award, Lexus of Pembroke Pines was featured in a Lexus TV spotlight earlier this month.
