BodyShopBids launches Insurance Partner Program

March 9, 2012

March 9, 2012—BodyShopBids, a Web-based platform that allows consumers to solicit repair estimates from local auto body shops, this week launched its Insurance Partner Program.

BodyShopBids said the Insurance Partner Program is designed for all insurance carriers, with or without its own direct repair program (DRP). For insurance carriers that have a DRP, BodyShopBids works exclusively with that network of shops to bring more business to those facilities. For insurance carriers that do not have a DRP, BodyShopBids provides its own network of body shops for insurers to choose from that are verified as having high quality work and exceptional service.

BodyShopBids said it currently has five insurance carriers across several U.S. states that are participating in the program.

“The insurance industry is hungry for innovative ways to use technology to increase customer retention,” said Brad Weisberg, founder and CEO of BodyShopBids. “The BodyShopBids system answers this need by shortening the claims processing cycle and providing an unrivaled customer experience.”

Insurance carriers can visit bodyshopbids.com/insurance to join the Insurance Partner Program, or for more information.
