The SATA jet X uses newly developed nozzle technology that sets a new benchmark for atomization. SATA’s labyrinth system guides air through the nozzle so it's free of turbulence and pulsation. This results in a spray pattern with enhanced control, optimized material distribution, and clearly defined fade-out zones. It features a redesigned trigger and has a lighter, more ergonomic design.
Painters can choose from four models to match their specific needs:
- jet X Basic (analog version)
- jet X Digital ready (ready for any digital options)
- jet X Digital (features the adam X with innovative digital functions)
- jet X Digital pro (features the adam X pro with maximum digital functions)
The jet X also offers two fan shapes with its new nozzle system in sizes from 1.1 to 1.4 (plus the 10x40) to suit different application styles:
“I” (Control Nozzles): These produce a longer, narrow spray pattern with precise material distribution. They apply more slowly but offer maximum control, which is ideal for painters who prefer precision.
“O” (Speed Nozzles): With a wider, oval spray pattern, these nozzles deliver a wetter core and larger fade-out zones, enabling faster application.
These models are available now. A reduced pressure (RP) version will soon be available, with SCAQMD and EPA approvals pending.
