The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), a U.S. agency part of the Department of Transportation, has issued a list of recalls for vehicles due to safety concerns in a news release. Safety defects must be repaired by a dealer at no cost to the owner of the product.
BMW of North America
The 2024 models of the 230i, 330i, X3, and X4 are being recalled due to the steering gear being improperly tightened. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V770
The 2014 models of the X3, X4, and X5 are also being recalled due to the risk of the driver’s air bag inflator exploding. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V797
The Jeep Wrangler, from 2021 to 2023, is being recalled due to the high voltage battery having a high chance of failing and causing a fire. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V787
Ford Motor Company
The 2015 Ford Fiesta, 2016 Ford Fusion, and 2016 Lincoln MKZ are being recalled due to doors possibly opening while driving. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V775
The Cadillac Lyriq, from 2023 to 2024, is being recalled due to the seat belt bracket being improperly welded. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V785
The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado and the GMC Hummer EV, from 2023 to 2024, are both being recalled due to loose seat belt buckle attachment bolt. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V786
Jaguar Land Rover North America
The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover is being recalled due to an oil leak from an unsecured hose. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V790
Nissan North America
The Nissan Rogue 2021 is being recalled due to missing internal brushing in brake calipers. NHTSA Recall ID Number: 23V791
Volvo Car USA
