AudaExplore, ABRA extend strategic relationship to improve claims efficiency

AudaExplore has signed an agreement to extend its strategic relationship with ABRA Auto Body & Glass.

The technology solutions from AudaExplore, the US business unit of Solera Holdings, Inc. and a leading provider of software and technology solutions for collision repair and automotive insurance industries, simplify the claims process by enabling collision repair companies like ABRA and insurance carriers to communicate on one platform with little variability.

Since 2010, ABRA has integrated AudaExplore’s Estimating, Central Review, and Consolidator Dispatch services into their operations and have experienced increased efficiency, decreased cycle times, and an overall improvement in customer satisfaction. The latest renewal comes more than a year before the current agreement’s expiration.
