Professionals Auto Body in Duncansville and Altoona, Pa., and sister company KarPro Tire & Auto Center have all been through the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) consultation program and have met the first stage of the Government standards for safe working conditions and environment for their employees, said owner Ron Perretta.

It’s unusual for a business to call OSHA and ask them to come in and examine their operation for anything not up to their standards. Now after almost three months of training and improvements, this is another reason why Professionals Auto Body and KarPro are so much different than others in this market.
This was accomplished with the help of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which provided guidance regarding OSHA regulations and Bonnie Williams of Advantage assisted the businesses to help with compliance.

"Our staff is the backbone of the business. I feel it’s my responsibility to provide a clean, safe environment to protect the well-being of my staff," Perretta said.
