Collision repair heavyweight ABRA Auto Body and Glass, a leading national vehicle repair company and one of the country’s fastest growing multi-shop operators, announced today the acquisition of Royal Auto Glass in Indianapolis, Indiana. “We are in the process of delivering on our promise to better serve our customers and insurance partners across the country” ABRA purchased Royal Auto Glass for undisclosed terms from owner Steve Hoyt who founded the business and offers more than 20 years of auto glass industry experience. The company has a rich history in the area and a well-established reputation with local residents and corporate partners. President and CEO of ABRA, Duane Rouse, spoke of the new glass asset as an important part of an ambitious growth strategy to acquire repair centers and glass companies like Royal Auto Glass.
