Following the release of its annual Crash Course report earlier this month, which looks at how world events, new technologies and consumers are impacting auto collision repair and total loss costs, CCC will use the webinar series to take a closer look into these topics and offer actionable insights for how repairers and carriers can remain competitive in today¹s environment. CCC compiles Crash Course by drawing on its data warehouse of auto claims and repair information.

Hosted by CCC¹s Lead Analyst Susanna Gotsch, each webinar in the series will focus on a set of interconnected trends and discuss their potential impact on repairer and carrier business performance.
