Motor Guard introduces improved filter media
A leader in compressed air filtration, Motor Guard has developed its most efficient and durable filtration media to date. Hydro-PureTM media has been specifically designed to absorb more moisture and trap more contaminants than any other compressed air filter on the market. The hydrophilic fibers in this new media remain strong and durable, even while wet and under the strain of the high pressures and temperatures of today’s compressed air systems.
Hydro-PureTM media represents a leap in the technology of compressed air filtration due to the greatly improved capacity to trap and hold particulate, moisture and oil contaminants. In addition, the new cartridges are designed to capture particles as small as .01 microns in size as well as absorbing many times their weight in moisture.
First introduced in Motor Guard’s M-60R Filter/Regulator unit, the new media is now featured in all Motor Guard sub-micronic filters as well as M-723 replacement elements.
