    Dave Luehr started out in the collision repair business over 30 years ago and has since served as a leader in the collision repair industry in many capacities. He has held leadership positions with several large MSOs such as Manheim and ABRA and continues to use his leadership and modern process skills to help collision shops excel. Dave is now the owner of Elite Body Shop Solutions, a coaching and consulting company dedicated to success of the small business leaders of our industry. Through his writing and speaking, Dave has helped an international audience improve their businesses and their quality of life.
