Aug. 8, 2013— The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) is accepting applications for five separate scholarships until Aug. 23.
Three of the scholarships help pay expenses for recipients to attend the 2013 NACE Expo in Las Vegas Oct. 16–18. These $1,000 scholarships include the Emil Stanley Merit Award, Gale Westerlund/Richard Cossette Memorial Scholarship, and a scholarship sponsored by an industry trade publication.
The remaining two annual scholarships help cover expenses for recipients to attend the Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) Expo in Las Vegas Oct. 16–18. These scholarships are the Tom B. Babcox Memorial Scholarship and the Zurich “High Octane” Scholarship.
Scholarship applications are available online at amionline.org. Applications must be submitted by Aug. 23.
