Jan. 15, 2016—Valspar Refinish has released its new Legacy EC21 Clearcoat, a low 2.1 VOC European style, polyurethane clearcoat with a 2:1 mix ratio.

The EC21 Clearcoat provides fast dry and polish times with exceptional gloss.
