Sept. 9, 2014—Caliber Collision Centers announced on Monday that it has acquired Arthurs Auto Collision & Paint Inc., a three-shop repair business with locations in Colorado Springs and Falcon, Colo.
“The Arthurs Collision facilities and management team are perfectly aligned with our purpose, vision and mission by consistently delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction and industry-leading operational consistency in the Colorado Springs area for many years,” Caliber Collision CEO Steve Grimshaw said. “We are very excited to add these new members to the Caliber family.”
Caliber now has 16 locations in Colorado and 191 overall.
