Sept. 1, 2015—Service King Collision Repair Centers announced on Monday its continued growth through a formal partnership with Rock Hill Collision Center and its two area locations in Rock Hill, S.C., 30 miles south of Charlotte, N.C.

The mutually agreed upon terms of the Aug. 28 acquisition were effective immediately.

“We are very excited to be joining the Service King team,” said Mike Hargrove, Rock Hill Collision Center owner. “It didn’t take long to realize this was a great opportunity for our team and for our customers. I am very proud to now be a part of Service King. Our community will continue to receive the top quality service they are accustomed to from both of our locations.”

Service King now has six locations in the Charlotte metro area and 253 locations in 23 states across the U.S.

“It’s an exciting time for Service King in the Charlotte market,” said Scott Ward, Service King regional vice president. “We’re excited about partnering with the Rock Hill team. They have built an excellent business based on superior customer service and quality. It’s an honor to welcome them to the Service King family.”

The Rock Hill partnership marks Service King’s third expansion in the Charlotte metro area this year, following the acquisition of Matthews Township Collision Center and Concord Collision Center this spring.
