ACD Adds New Feature for AutoLink

Sept. 2, 2014

Sept. 2, 2014—ACD announced on Tuesday the release of its Customer First feature for its auto claims workflow management platform, AutoLink.

Customer First works to leverage “technology to speed up the claims process,” according to an ACD release.

“I’m very excited with the initial results Customer First has delivered,” ACD CEO Ernie Bray said in the release. “One of the most crucial moments of truth for an insurer is the initial 24 hours of the claim. Customer First removes moments of uncertainty for the policyholder through innovative technology.

“To us, Customer First is the first step of a larger initiative we have here at ACD to always put the customer’s experience first. We live in a time crunched world and by providing various avenues of contact through integrated solutions leads to better claim outcomes and greater satisfaction,” Bray added.
