Service King Hires First Chief Information Security Officer

Feb. 19, 2016—Service King Collision Repair Centers has appointed its first information security officer, Anil Varghese, according to a report by the Dallas Business Journal.

“One of the areas for this company is the continual growth and leverage of technology,” said Derek Kramer, CIO, according to the report.“We want to make sure we’re sending a strong signal to the market that we’re considering growth and security needs in connection with one another.”

“It’s about taking a snapshot in time of what you’re looking at and crafting a plan of action,” Varghese said, reported the Dallas Business Journal. “It’s developing the right relationships to ensure we are the go-to provider in the marketplace and can demonstrate that.”
