H&S Autoshot Manufacturing Acquired by Nutec Systems

Feb. 18, 2016—Generational Equity, a mergers and acquisitions advisor, announced on Feb. 9 the acquisition of its client H&S Autoshot Manufacturing (H&S Autoshot) by Nutec Systems Inc.

The deal closed on Jan. 11.

H&S Autoshot manufacturers spot welding and dent pulling equipment for the auto body repair industry.

Nutec provides arc welding and plasma cutting equipment to the automotive aftermarket.
