Feb. 20, 2015—Uni-Select Inc. announced Friday that its subsidiary FinishMaster Inc. has completed the acquisition of assets of Sea Hawk Refinish Line Inc. (“Sea Hawk”) located in Clearwater, Fla.
The acquisition complements existing operations in the Florida market and is said to strengthen FinishMaster’s ability to create consistent customer experiences, according to a release.
Since 2003, Sea Hawk has served the greater Tampa Bay area with automotive and marine paint products, operating one store with 14 team members in sales and operations.
FinishMaster currently operates 27 other locations in Florida with a core focus on providing experience through superior distribution service and value-added operational and technical support.
